Full Harvest, Inc. ("Full Harvest", "we", "us") operates Pulse, an AI-powered
market intelligence platform for the agricultural supply chain. This User Data
Agreement ("Agreement") explains how we collect, use, and protect the data you
provide when using Pulse.
By creating an account and accepting this Agreement, you consent to the data
practices described below.

When you use Pulse, we may collect and store the following:
- **Account information:** name, email address, company name, role (supplier or
buyer), and contact details.
- **Preference data:** tracked commodities, operating regions, language
preference, notification settings, and timezone.
- **Usage data:** pages visited, features used, searches performed, and
interactions with the AI assistant.
- **Conversation data:** messages exchanged with the Pulse AI assistant,
including questions asked and responses received.
- **Uploaded documents:** invoices, price sheets, compliance documents, and
other files you voluntarily upload for analysis.

We use your data to provide and improve **your** Pulse experience, including:
- Tailoring AI assistant responses to your commodities, regions, and role.
- Generating personalized market insights, price alerts, and forecasts.
- Remembering your conversation context for more relevant follow-up responses.
- Analyzing uploaded documents to extract actionable intelligence for you.

We may use **aggregated, de-identified patterns** derived from usage across all
Pulse users to improve the quality and relevance of Pulse features. For example:
- Understanding which commodities are most commonly tracked to prioritize data
coverage.
- Identifying common question types to improve AI response quality.
- Improving the accuracy of our market intelligence models.
**This learning is strictly internal to Full Harvest and is used only to improve
the Pulse product for our users.**

We make the following commitments regarding your data:

Your data — including conversations, documents, and usage patterns — will
**never** be used to pre-train, fine-tune, or train any foundational AI or
machine learning model, whether operated by Full Harvest or any third party.

Your data will **never** be sold, licensed, shared, or disclosed to any third
party for their own purposes, whether in raw, anonymized, aggregated, or any
other form. This includes but is not limited to:
- Other Pulse users or Full Harvest customers
- Data brokers or analytics companies
- Advertising networks
- AI model providers (see Section 5)

We will **not** create anonymized, pseudonymized, or aggregated datasets from
your data for distribution, publication, or external use of any kind.

Pulse uses enterprise-grade AI services (currently Google Vertex AI) to power
the AI assistant. These services are governed by enterprise data processing
agreements that guarantee:
- Your data is **not** used to train or improve the provider's models.
- Your data is processed in accordance with the provider's enterprise terms of
service and applicable data protection agreements.
- Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and is not retained by the
provider beyond the duration of the API request.
We select and configure AI providers specifically to ensure your data remains
private. If we change providers, the same data protection standards will apply.

- **Account and preference data** is retained for as long as your account is
active.
- **Conversation history** is retained to provide contextual AI responses and
may be purged after 90 days of inactivity.
- **Uploaded documents** are retained as long as your account is active or until
you delete them.
- Upon account deletion, all your personal data will be removed within 30 days,
except where retention is required by law.

- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.
- Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only.

- **Export** your data upon request.
- **Delete** your account and all associated data.
- **Withdraw consent** by discontinuing use of Pulse.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we
will notify you via the Pulse application or by email before the changes take
effect. Continued use of Pulse after notification constitutes acceptance of the
updated Agreement.
